Good Morning!
I'm back to week 1 again after taking 2 weeks to let my weight loss settle. I generally rebound quickly and was pleasantly surprise that I'm only up 1 pound. I started again yesterday to tackle the next 5 pounds and hopefully won't have major upheavals to derail me again. I want to hit my healthy BMI and keep going from there. I never thought I'd be this close.
