The timing isn't actually great for me, but I refuse to put off getting back on track any longer!
I've just finished a summer job that was residential and meant eating bad food all the time, and have come back with renewed vigor to get back on plan.
BUT, I go on holiday on 30th for a week n then maybe a long weekend away in September too, before starting uni at the end of Sept. But, I want to be back on plan before I start school so I've no excuses to fall off course.
I'm more than happy to do the stats once a week (apart from the week I'm away) and the rest of it will be shared among everyone taking part, we can take it in turns to 'invent' challenges and things
I also need to join a gym, but am putting it off until I'm in the right mindset to know it won't be a waste of money!
