Yay! Good for you. When they say its a life style change not just trying to loose weight, I think that def hits hard when you loose all the weight and start to maintain it. Since your fully aware that you never want to weigh what you did before, it will be much better to maintain. And you know we are all here for you when you need the support.

Ok, so with all of my horrible computer skills, I finally managed to use a photo I just took of myself and put it into my avatar. Just knowing the word avatar is an accomplishment for me! But, as you can see, I didn't know how to post it properly so that it's vertical! I'll see if my husband can tweak it for me. I don't really have any before shots because I really did a nice job of avoiding the camera! Now, I'm happy to take pictures!
