I did intervals today (hit 2 miles) of 3.5/5 on the treadmill and for the first time since I started (I have been running intermittenly for a couple months in conjuction with yoga) I started to feel it so I will stay here monday and wednesday try to bump it to 3.6/5.1 and if that is too much I will stay where I am

I am still doing tough mudder and at the end of each month I will push myself as hard as I can on my run but that is every month so maybe by the end of August I can oant through 6 miles but if not that is fine...now time for a warm bath
