I knew before reading that weight has little to do with your body shape (in all but extreme cases). My mom worked out daily and did the Curves diet. Even though she weighed 160 pounds, her size 6 pants were getting loose on her!
The part of that post that really knocked my socks off was when she said she eats 3,900 calories a day. Wow! This guy is really making me rethink my relationship with my scale.
