Yoga, OMGOSH !!!! I took a yoga class in my "skinnier days" and I am just one big goof ball. I stayed at the back of the class and I looked like a big bafooniebloonie. I am tall and my bones are just to ridged for yoga, although we did have alot of fun falling and laughing (silently of course). My only fear was that I would fart, because it was so quiet in the class Only me right !!!

I'm proud of you Meg, way to go on the yoga and the stepper !!

Kem the cold makes me sleepy, all I wanna do is snuggle and sleep. It was 10 degrees here this morning wwwwwwwwhew.

Got some bad news this morning. My ex-Dumb H owns a auto body repair shop and it had a fire last night. No one was hurt, but there is extensive damage. Zookeeper doesn't know if he will reopen again. He will be 62 next month so maybe his GF will support him for a few years. They had planned on getting married in Fall. (That's a whole other story!) My son works for him and now I wonder what he will do for work. He is the one that is married to this super ugly woman who can't stand me...like I care.
Other than that, nothing much to report. Repotted some very root bound house plants. Yadda yadda yadda! Cleaned a bit.
Ate healthy.

Have stayed home the rest of the day....still feel good.

About 11 this A.M.....I was on the computer....heard this voice....DS1 sold us his head set & microphone at Xmas....I had never used it before.....well the voice was my sister...Elaine was the voice on the MSN messenger....so I picked up the headphones....the microphone was under my chin...DH came in later...I had the headset on wrong....I found out the microphone is supposed to be in front of my mouth.

My other sister...Nancy was there also...at Elaine's house....they all live 2600 miles away...back east...it's really something...you can talk to them & they are that far away.

My sister Nancy made chicken breasts with mandarin oranges & some spices & the liquid in the can....you cook it at 250F for 3 hours....2 hours covered & 1 hour uncovered. So that is what we are having for supper.

I started the Woman's Day Diet today....has anyone heard of it?
It is higher protein & lower carbohydrates....Plus I will count WW points for what I eat.


Leenie......I won't mention carrot cake when I talk about coffee.

Ladypal.....I tried Overeaters Anonymous 20 years ago...I cried most of the time I was there....guess I was depressed even back then.

SweatPea......We are having chicken tonight also.

Leenie.....We can't buy Weight Watcher products here in Canada....they don't sell them here anymore.

Came in from work around 6:30.Whew! What a day.........it was a good work day just fast and furious .(in a good way)

Everyone seems to be talking about the cold weather.personally I love cold weather and some snow.I never mind it one bit! I must be weird!
