My shape also changed as I lost weight. At 168, my measurements were something like 42/35/44.5; now I'm 36/25.5/38. My hips/butt won't shrink much in these last several pounds, because my wide-set "birthing" hips are an exception to my small frame, and I always have boobs. I anticipate that most of these last several pounds will come off my belly (24" waist 10 years ago, would like to have it back) and thighs.
I vividly remember the first time I noticed I was gaining weight at age 18. I was driving and had a can of soda with me. I was used to holding soda cans between my thighs. I put it there, and WOOP! It squeezed itself right back out. Put it there again, WOOP!

So I think my thighs are first to come on, last to go...
