My weight loss isn't linear either. I excersize daily and never eat unhealthily and yet I stay the same for five days and then lose one pound over night.
I do not think it can really be predicted what your body will do.
It has to do with so many things...
Weird. oh our wonderful bodies. thank you for the info.

The main thing to remember is that you are eating healthier, and sooner or later the weight will come off. You are in control, and that is something to be proud and happy about. You WILL get your reward one of these days when you get on the scale and you weigh less.
ya i know but that scale is so annoying when its not going down. but i have noticed that my clothes is looser even though i am not losing weight. 244.2 today btw. lol .2 down haha never thought i would be so happy.

Are you drinking water? Keeping hydrated is amazing for the body, because your innards might be holding onto water that's so scarce! I'm terrible at drinking water, but I really need to!
I drink water like crazy! 6-8 bottles a day. i match my water with any liquid i drink as well. let me tell you i pee haha. i have been doing really good with everything for the first time in my life. is it possible my body is in shock?
