She said it was all nutrition. She went shopping, portioned what she needed, then when supply ran low she ate what was there - what was convenient.
That was an eye opener for me, it really is all about the food, more so than even I realized.
Other wise, it's just like any other show of its kind. Take it with a grain of salt, learn what you can and rememer its just TV, another show to 'entertain'
