That sounds amazing! I wish I could find a falafel mix that didn't contain potato or wheat flour... i checked all the grocery stores and theres about 4 brands i saw and none of them worked! there aren't many middle eastern markets around here but that's my next step. i love falafel and never thought of using it for breading. its genious!
