  • Thanks gals. It's so nice to be able to share these pics, knowing how much other's before/afters inspired me.
I feel fantastic right now. I've always thought of myself as the fat girl but at this point in my weightloss i'm beginning to get a taste of how it feels to be "normal" and it rocks! The actual act of putting pictures up of myself just shows how much confidence i've gained. Those before pics btw are 6 years old...no others exist of me at over 200lbs.
Thanks to everyone for all the comments and support. xxx

  • Quote: awesome for your success. I too don't think BMI says the whole story. I only gain on my tummy. At my biggest, my waist was 38". My hips are only 40". The hip-waist ratio gives a clearer indication of health. For me, because I gain only on my tummy, that shows sugar problems.

This is a case study on sugar and fructose, the problem is fructose is in nearly every food, and the government took out fiber in alot of pre packaged foods and ready mades to prolong shelflife.

She's right you know, my waist is 45 inches, cause of soda. I have soda belly.
