  • well after thinking things through i have decided to ditch the slimfast after weeks of not budging and then starting to make me constipated, i have decided to join weightwatchers. I have done this myself in the past and wasnt so successful on my own but i am going to join a proper meeting where i can go and get real supoport and apparently they have a new plan out so i cant wait to see what ita all about. Plus my friends joining with me so double support
  • I think WW is a great idea. The support and the planned program is good. My doctor highly recommends WW.
  • Quote: OK I'll play the token low-carber...

Stop eating low-fat and eat low-carb! Eat real food instead of Slimfast! If what you're doing isn't working for you, change what you're doing. Low-carb will likely show you some quick results but it is a lifestyle change so try to stick with it even after you drop a few pounds!
Yep. Fat fills you up, carbs slow you down. ERHR, if you were here I would ask you to fist bump .

There ya go. That's a great step. I've been on WW for six weeks (I weigh in tomorrow) and I've lost 13+ pounds so far. Not only that, it's been a real eye opener about the quality and quantity of food I was actually eating. I find the plan incredibly easy to follow and there is NOTHING that is off limits. I love it.

Keep an open mind, track all your food, count all your points, and you'll do great!
  • Thanks everyone I join tomorrow cant wait
