Strength training helped give my thighs definition. I'm 5'4 and pear shaped so I know the agony of dealing with thigh issues. I would try lunges I use Jari Loves tape ripped slim and lean and you can do individual exercises. I swear twice a week for a month and you will see some definition.
I have the giggly thigh problem too. In addition to that I travel a lot so regular exercise is VERY hard to do. Anyone have suggestions? I could use any and all help.
Thank you sooo much for posting this! I have the same exact problem. It is doubly hard because my saggy inner thighs are also covered with stretch marks. While I know it will never completely go away without surgery, I am glad to hear that it will get better with time.
