  • BUMP... almost there!!
  • Bump it up and I'm looking forward to a new challenge next week. This really works for me.
  • I've found it really helpful too. I've got so much going on that I lose focus easily. One week is about all my brain can manage right now. This has been a good motivator this week whenever I am tempted to skip exercise or forget my water.
  • And I'm glad it's only a week because this week's goal has really sucked for me! Looking forward to a fresh start and new goal tomorrow (more aligned with my current studying frenzy!)
  • Goals for the week:
    64 ounces water per day
    Exercise at least 6 days this week
    Complete Week 2 of c25k program

    1. between 48 and 64, almost made it.
    2. Exercised 5 days, but got up early and added an extra workout yesterday-does that count?
    3. Did it!
  • Bumping it up so people can summarize their weeks.
