having energy throughout the entire day feels
doing everything i can to ensure my son has a healthy relationship with food feels
  • Nothing tastes as good as…

dancing like no one is watching
having the confidence to tell that guy how I feel about him
climbing that hill, going on that hike, not sitting on the sidelines of my life
treating myself like I deserve to be treated
    being true to myself

    ...feels
  • Nothing tastes as good as...

    being healthy.
    being comfortable with my body.
not allowing my weight to control my life.
enjoying the little things in life.

  • ...feeling like you are doing something good for yourself
    ...a tight a$$
...fitting in your teen dgt's jeans!

    WW lifetime!
  • Nothing tastes as good as:

Running around with my kids and not feeling like im going to die
    Being smaller than my husband
going places and not have the rude looks
not hearing "you would be perfect if you werent so fat"
not hearing "you have such a pretty face"
    making ex boyfriends jealous
soooooo many more reasons, but this is a good start
  • Nothing taste a good as:

    feeling fit and healthy

being able to jog up a small fight of stairs without feeling like I ran two miles

being able to put on a pair of black leather knee boots with a mini

being able to wear heel without fearing you're going to break them

being free to let my real personality show instead of always putting on a fake happy face

    feels.
  • Nothing tastes as good as ...

Trying new things that I always thought I was too fat or too out of shape to do.

My kids being proud that their mom is the pretty mom, not the fat one.

Going clothes shopping for fun instead of necessity.

Having the energy to get outside and play or practice sports with my kids.

Not being too embarrassed to do the things I love (like swimming).
  • Nothing tastes as good as:

    • Being able to cross my legs without my leg sliding off.
    • Being able to sit in a booth and not worry about the table touching my stomach.
    • Being able to go to the movies, on a rollercoaster ride, or sit on the bus and a bar stool without my bum sticking out from the sides.
    • Being able to look at myself in the mirror, naked, and not have to suck anything in to feel good about myself.
    • Being able to go out with my friends and not be "the fat one".
    • Being able to wear that super tight dress.
    • Being able to wear high heels without looking like an ogre.
    • I want my nephew to stop saying I have a big butt. (Okay, he's 8, and extremely honest, but maybe thats why it hurts).
    • Being able to stop using the excuse that my ankles is ruined from basketball (partially true) for the fact that I can't run. (the complete truth is my short frame cant handle my weight on top of my ruined ankle).
    • Being HOT and gorgeous instead of "cute".
    • Being able to get up from my seat and not have to fix my pants so I don't have love handles or a belly sticking out.
    • Being able to not have to adjust my sweater every 30 seconds because it rides up.
    • Everyone being proud of me.
