Hi everyone! Been in a funk this week, it's been hard to remember what the point was.

Reconnection today though. I had to get on that scale and see where I was. Not just with the pounds, but with my life.

I realize that life is better with goals and feeling connected. Without purpose, we can just wallow and waste the days of our lives. It's like the world can be in black and white or it can be in technocolor!

Recommitment today: Here's to taking responsibility for our lives and maybe making a difference in this world.

thanks kris....its been an awesome challenge....i reached some places i never imagined i had the strength or courage to do!!

i was so inspired by all of you beautiful ladies!!! thanks to everyone for hanging in there and inspiring all of us to hang in there together and make it happen!!

Congrats to all who worked so hard this challenge!

We lost two more members in this last weigh in.

Don't forget to join in on the purple team fun. We will all reunite for our final weigh in on May 22nd.

It's been a pleasure serving as the red team leader and I'm looking forward to future challenges with all of you.
