  • Weigh in day....bad as anticipated!

    PrePregWeight: 164.0
    1st trimester (5-13 wks): 165.4 (+ 1.4)
    2nd trimester (14-28 wks): 182.0 (+18)
    29 weeks: 186.0 (+22) <---ugh!

    Guess I need to really start watching what I eat or I'll be at 40+ pounds in no time. Even though I don't have gestational diabetes I think I'll try and follow a similar diet keeping the total daily carbs around 150g. There have been far too many sweet treats lately!

    Jeni - good job on the workout!

    Mavis - it's all right, I'm a permanent lazy butt person at the moment!

    W- 64+ - (48 down!)
    E- 60 mins cardio (not until tonight!)
    E- 1400 cals (538 remaining)
    D- Stay on track! (400 of todays cals went towards totinos pizza rolls. Not happy about not staying healthy, but if felt good to chew something hot)
  • I was sick yesterday so no workout.

    Today is a new day. I work so I know my food will be okay, I just have to keep moving today.

    E 1600 cals

    Wearing old jeans that didn't fit a few weeks ago to casual Friday!!

    After spending the greater part of the day being mean to myself for gaining so much weight back. I am actually being nice to myself. I ran 1.25 miles tonight. Not the 30 minutes that I want, but I did walk extra laps/stairs/inclines at work today. Tomorrow after work I am thinking about hitting the gym. I will be alone tomorrow night, DH is working security for the Leann Rimes concert and the kids are sleeping at Nanas. So I am going to give myself an afterwork workout for the books!

    I am not going to give in to the mean monster I am being to myself. OK so I gained back some weight. (Lots actually) but I am going to take it back off. (a prize at the 15 pound mark!)

    I have a busy real estate day planned, threw an apple and a bottle of water into my bag already.....

  • Good morning everyone! A 1.8 lb loss for this week. I'll definitely take it. I'm really excited for this week. I just bought a treadmill yesterday and did my first workout on it this morning. I'm gonna try to use it at least 5 days per week. It is compatible with iFit so I'm debating on whether or not to buy the wireless module so I can use that feature. Well, gotta go..I have a family reunion today and I need to start getting ready. Have a great day everyone!!
