thanks for the response girls! I always wondered how cheating works for everyone.

I suppose its a cheat, but every saturday after services they have a lunch. So I have a giant bagel with tuna salad, tossed salad, and cut up fruit. Doesn't sound like a cheat now that I write it lol, but I look forward to the giant carb and calorie filled bagel a llllllll week lol!
