This morning I had 1 cup of garam masala spiced lentils, 1 egg and 1 cup of green beans (usually I eat 1T of natural peanut butter separately as well, but I was on the go this morning). I'm going to start experimenting with some protein powder/almond milk shakes this week - hopefully that'll help. Getting a lot of protein in the AM is critical for me to not feel hungry all morning!
