I weigh daily. Usually twice a day, first thing in the morning and the last thing at night.
I like seeing the daily changes, and where I am at night relative to the morning. It helps me to understand how my calories, sodium, water intake, exercise and TOM impact how my weight fluctuates. Maybe my body won't always work the same way, but right now the patterns are pretty clear.
