Hoping for a whoosh to at least get me 2 more lbs so I hit my 5 lb goal for the month. No one's fault but my own. I mean, it was tasty, but had I known I'd gain 4 lbs from eating an extra 800 calories on Saturday, I wouldn't have done it!!!!

Lisa - I had one day of eating crap and gained 3 pounds! And it has not come off. No way I ate that much. And it will take me ages to lose it again. When will I learn?
Heidi - I have been thinking about trying to cut out sweeteners. I take in a lot! But I just don't know if I can stomach my tea without it
I worked out with my mom and our trainer today. Mom is treating me to some extra sessions while I get back in shape. Lucky me! I did some cardio now off the buy groceries and back for a bit more cardio. My little one day binge has me ending February higher than I started! I have got to get back to 100% consistency. Sigh.
