Great advice, and I am! I plan not to eat all my WP's, and I've been working out a lot this week. I'm 3.4 from my 10 and 5%, so I'm really hoping to get there in 1 to 2 weeks! The small goals are working so well for me on this plan! Also, salt intake is really important, so I've been really watching that, as I know I hold water really easily!
