  • The soy crips really help me when I want something that is sweet and feels like a "snack". Also the MRC brownie recipie (posted in the recipie thread) has totally taken away any desire I have for other brownies or cookies. I like it slightly undercooked so it is still gooey. Also, if I am really wanting a "candy bar" I will choose to have a meal replacement (usually the peanut butter or caramel) for one of my meals and that helps me not feel so deprived - I usually get my family pizza or something like that on those nights so I don't have to cook and I enjoy a nice salad and my bar.

It is so easy to get caught up in what we "can't have" that we forget about all the wonderful things that we can have.

Keep exercising that "no muscle" and you can do this.

I'm with you on the MRC brownies - I bought some of the super chocolate last week and made the brownie. I can say it took me almost 1/2 hour to eat because it was so chocolatey! I also left it gooey like batter & it was just great. This has really helped with my chocolate cravings!
  • Frozen fruits help me with that one..
  • I'm not sure if MRC would encourage this or not, but I always go to Bahama Bucks for a Thine-Ice snow cone when I have a sweet craving. They are zero calories, fat-free and sweetened with stevia, so I don't know why it would be bad. I usually crave creamy stuff like cheese cake and ice cream, so their flavors really hit the spot. They have lots of delicious flavors on the thin ice menu, from Pina Colada (got that last time) to strawberry cheesecake, cherry.... idk, LOTS!
  • HappyHallie -- I went to TTU and I miss bahama bucks so much! I think next time I'm in lubb I'll have to try some Thin-Ice!
