    Back to the gym tonight, so up again tomorrow.

  • I started exercising again this week. my weight bounced up 3 lbs!!!! Muscles feel better and I'm back down 3 lbs.

    ha.

    weird how that happens.

    Just make sure you're drinking enough.

    I did the exact same thing before I made the elusive "1" !
    I bounced back and forth from 200-204 for weeks (it seemed). Later after I looked at my weight loss journal I realized it had only been 3 weeks. I lose about 5-6 Lbs. a month. I think for my age and the whole hysterectomy thingy that's about normal .
    I have learned though even when I am in those slow stalls- my body is getting adjusted to the new weight loss. I know this is true because I have so much energy and I feel wonderful.
    You have done a great job ~ you should be so proud! I'm proud for you!!
