  • I LOVE coffee. I drink it daily! Only good stuff though. I love trying Starbucks' new blends when they come out.

I drink mine with splenda and half&half, like the real stuff. I don't care, I love it. I measure it out and count the calories. It's like a little daily treat to me.
  • I've picked up the coffee addiction since starting my current job. I used to only drink the sugary, aweful for you stuff (lattes, cappuchinos, machiatos, and any other words I can't spell correctly). Then Starbucks came out with the flavored VIAs! I looooove the caramel via with a splash of skim milk. It's still more sugary than regular coffee (and I still don't drink regular coffee), but it's a lot less sweet and milky than the hard to spell drinks. Now, the only way I can drink a latte (etc) is with an extra shot of espresso. The regular ones just taste like sweet milk to me now.

The downside of via, I can keep it in my desk. Makes it a lot harder to regulate the addiction (but at least it's not costing me $4 a pop anymore).
  • As a low-carb calorie counter trying to monitor my intake, I'm making the treacherous switch from sugar and cream with a bit of coffee to the completely black stuff. . . Surprisingly, I'm finding that it's really not so bad
  • I LOVE COFFEE! Good to see so many others do too! I love coffee in any form... black, with cream, espresso, latte, cappuccino. Everytime I go to Italy/Europe I'm in HEAVEN - espresso in the morning, cappuccino a bit later, more espresso all day long... so tasty! Right now at home I'm alternating between espresso my mother mailed me from Venice and drip coffee from a local coffee shop!

  • I try to only have a cup per day although I looooooove it so! I think more than one cup works only blood sugar and makes me have that ten o'clock mid morning extreme hunger that I battle! Anyone else notice this difference?
  • I am a coffee addict! I always say it's the only pleasure I have in life, since I quit smoking, gave up most junk food, and gave up pop. I love brewed coffee, but instant will do in a pinch. At home I take sweetener and 2% milk, but when I get it from Tim Horton's, I take sweetener and cream. That is one of my few indulgences.
