How does taking a half hour of time per day (if that) to track your food have any affect whatsoever on your job? Do you enjoy time with your family or did you sacrifice that for your job? Do you refrain from haircuts or brushing your teeth because they are not a top priority? Do you do your laundry? Keep up your house? Or have you let those slide as a way to improve your job? Are all the people at your job obese because they have stopped caring for themselves on account of the work environment?
