i did have gastric bypass and yes between not watchign what i ate and my daughter i gained weight back. Not all but most..and it truely depressing.

Well as far as the scale i came home to find my husband has givin the scale its own hiding place! LOL... He told me he is not allowing me to have it until the end of the month...... now sure how i feel about that!

I started weighing myself daily and it gave me an idea of what to expect the following day based on the food I'd eaten, how much water I had drank, how hot the weather was etc. Now on days when i KNOW i probably show a gain (based on above points) I dont weigh myself, as it tends to mess with my head (even though I know the reasons for and that its temp... crazy, right??).
