I've been at this about a week now on my own and I went from 144 to 141 in the last 7 days, working out 5 days per week and skipping all the deathly diet killer "white" stuff. My first goal is to be 135 by Valentine's day to look more toned and smexy in my lingerie. Haha, but after that I want to set a goal of 130 for St Patties and then 125 for my birthday April 9th! Then my goal is to maintain that and tone up in all these other (mommy) type areas that are hard to tone for my 10 year HS reunion. I'm feeling pretty committed already and just want to help motivate and have people to stay in touch with when these stressed moments get the best of me and make me over eat. Hugs!
