  • Well my scale seems to be stuck. But at least I haven't gained. At this point that is a very good thing. I had Christmas at my house New Years weekend and I was worried about all the goodies that are left after everyone leaves. I wanted to go for a walk today but too much snow going on again in our parts. Maybe tomorrow. I still have off from work so I am planning on getting out tomorrow. I need all the help I can get to stay on track I really want this year to be the one for me to meet my goal.

    Sorry you have snow and can`t get out. I am joining a gym today, and slightly apprehensive!!! Am going with a friend would never be brave enough to go on my own!!!

    Congratulations on the up coming big day. How exciting. Your're right we can do this and how was the gym work out for you and your friend. I would love to join but ours is 30 miles away. It has a pool which I would love. I love swimming but they have a great indoor track too. Just too far away 3 or 4 times a week especially with all the blizzards we have been having.     I'm up a little from Saturday I weighed 232.8. Need to do better on my Food Plan. Exercise I'm doing well at going to the gym 4 to 5 x a week.

    Thanks Anmyreah xxx wow, yep ours is like 2 miles away, there is one closer, but its like double this one. This one has a pool, that can be used by the public too, which is why it`s cheaper, but with a wedding 5 months off, I need to save the ££££ I am not great at swimming I have been going every other day since last wed, my legs really ache, think I need to warm up and cool down properly, either that or its so long since my muscles have had exersise they dont know whats hit them!!!!
