How about the blackened catfish? Or Vegetarian dishes at the Mexican/Cajun restaurant. At the Italian Restaurant you could have broiled haddock, or a pork chop, or a chicken breast. Also, you could just have soup and salad. Enjoy your eating out!
So tonight I think I'll be going with the salmon. I'll be ordering it grilled (it appears as if "blackening" adds in butter). I really have no idea how many calories the entire meal will contain, but alas, it can't be too bad. I'm not going to be drinking or ordering dessert and I'm going to try to resist the bread if they bring it to the table. If I'm eating outside of my normal foods I don't need to add in even extra calories like that.
