I get frustrated too dear. To the point of wanting to throw the scales into the street and see just how many little pieces it will break into

Don't worry

As long as you're staying on plan, exercising, and drinking lots of water, the scales will move in the right direction. One thing to consider on the exercise bit, as you start toning and strengthening your muscles, muscle weighs more than fat, so while you are in fact "loosing fat", you are building muscle. Which is a good thing

Also, another thing that saved my scales from being smashed to smithereens was that I started measuring myself

And trust me, the tape gives a MUCH more accurate picture of your hard work than the scales does.
