All I have to say on this is look and Gillian, then look at Nigella Lawson! Both have completely different outlooks on health and food, and both are the same age, yet I know who I would rather look like! There is obviously something to be said for having a little bit of what you fancy every now and then and not living on seeds and quinoa!

Nigella Lawson is miles more attractive in her facial features and always would be, but I'm not 100% convinced that she's happy with her body. When she's photographed outside her show she's often wearing some shapeless-looking tent dress in black. What she has is a damn good bra fitter and Spanx when filming, I think.

But back to McKeith, I doubt eating a more varied diet would make much difference to her looks. That aside, the impression I got from her in the jungle was of someone who was a bit of an actress and a chancer, which no doubt gave her the kind of front to call herself Dr in the first place.
