  • Twice a day. The morning weight after hitting the loo is the "official" daily weight and the night time weight just gives me some indication of what the morning weight will be. I usually drop 3 or 4 pounds overnight.
  • Daily, and this is the reason I have full confidence in maintenance. I can not bury my head in the sand if I weigh every day.

    OK, I'm laughing. Here's my recent chart, since I started weighing almost every day. The recent flat part (slightly up... ) is when I was away and didn't want to record weights from a different scale... It was the end of August when I "got serious" and it shows - I finally dropped below 140 and never went back except one day @ 140.2, haha. And it looks like I freaked over seeing that number and got "even more serious" since I had a good drop after that.

    Weighing everyday provides me with the entertainment of charts such as these. I need all the entertainment I can get with this comically slow process.
