I'm HOPING to get this under my belly when i have lost a bunch of weight. I had the rash before I had my breast reduction and was told that HERE, the rash alone is enough reason for the reduction to be covered because apparently it can turn into a complete staph infection in the skin...bad news. So, in theory, I am hoping that if I get this under my belly, with weight loss, that I will qualify for a tummy tuck! Especially since I am allergic to every antibiotic except 1 (which doesn't work well for skin infections).
vasoline works great on the rash, it soothes it and it keeps the skin from rubbing, usually if i get a rash and put vasoline on, it will be gone over night, or a few hours.
