I was scared to death

when I first heard about it because I'm not great at dealing with change, and Points as they are now have been a part of the program ever since I joined in 1998, but now I'm getting stoked and truly believe as successful as Weight Watchers is, they aren't going to make a change for the worse. As it was said earlier, each plan has been better (and more successful statistically) than the previous ones. From what I'm seeing and hearing it seems the higher protein foods will probably be counted lower points than the simple carb foods, which makes SO MUCH SENSE! I've turned down a lot of good healthy high protein foods because of the high point content and turned to high fiber granola bars or other simple carbs instead to take in less points and feel satisfied.
Sounds awesome!

I've been going around to all of my friends who whine about their weight and have been asking them to join with me when the new program rolls out the week after Thanksgiving!

Maybe it'll be a great thing! I hope so!
