  • i went to help my best friend assist in her bake sale for "walk for autism" today...well i maned the station while she worked, so it was me and my 14 yr old and 2 huge tables full of donuts cakes candy bars rice crispy treats tarts, you name it it was there, and there was NOTHING for me to do, so i ate a banana and dident touch the rest even though it was free to me. and i was there for 2 1/2 hours it wasn't easy but i got through it!
  • steelers fan - don't let it get you down! tomorrow's a new day and a new start.

nicolewoods1 - that's AWESOME! i struggle with self control when there are treats right in front of me. good for you for saying no. being able to say you turned down something unhealthy can be a lot more rewarding than the food itself!
  • Glad to see us hanging in there. Even when we think we don't have anything to be proud of, we can write that we haven't given up and/or that we see where we can improve.
  • I got up early and wasn't a grouch! LOL That's pretty big for me.

I took most of the cupcakes I baked to a lady and her kids down the street.

I didn't flip out when the dog peed on my slippers.

    That's it so far.
  • Bump.

RRJS - I fell off the wagon with you. I really had to reach to find some pride over the weekend.

But this is a new week and we'll do better starting NOW.
  • What a great idea!

I passed up the Chick-Fil-A drive thru this morning and had a bowl of oatmeal and an apple at work instead.
  • bump
  • I fit into a pair of size 18 pants, AND a 16, though not comfortably.
  • I didn't go to McDonalds...and it crossed my mind. OK, it lingered on my mind for quite a while. I didn't do it, though.
