    Sorry I am telling everyone my weigh in numbers only today, we have had some internet issues and I have been crazy busy at work...first week back from summer holidays.


    DRUM ROLL PLEASE.......No loss. BUT I started Tae Kwon Do and also did a Body COmbat class today.
    JAR no worries, at least you are thinking about what happened and focusing on what needs to change. Way to go us.

    I think everyone is having trouble getting on this site. That's probably why we are down in our posts. I get on but it is so very slow.

    Still the same weight as June so no loss no gain.
    I am mega trying to avoid all sugar as my fibro and arthritis are torturing me these days.
    Glad to be back!

    I lost 1/2 pound!!!
    I just wish I could change my tracker. Oh well, I'll do that next week.

    Mimi, it is so good to see you here. I'm sorry about your fibro and arthritis acting up so. Good luck staying away from sugar. That's really hard for all of us.

    I ran every second day 3km and did Tae Kwon do 2x this week.
    Hopefully my success will show in being more toned.

    I stayed the same this week. I didn't feel good. I didn't eat that much but didn't get any exercise. Next Week!!!
