  • I just joined yesterday, and it's mid-month I know I won't win but I want to join this challenge anyways because I think it's neat so I'm just going to start with today!!! ^_^ hope you guys don't mind!!

    2 point for sticking with your food plan
    1 point for drinking the amount of water you decided on
    1 point for getting some exercise

    30 minutes (plus bike ride)

  • Jelbell: We don't mind at all. I find it encouring and you are doing great! I think this is a good tool to keep one on track and momentum to loss pounds!

    Loved the challenge, it really kept me on track =) I'm happy I was able to keep up with this and I will definitely do an October Points Challenge. Awesome job everyone who participated !
