I'm in the same situation as Novak and Jessica: I'm back to what I weighed a few years ago, but my measurements are definitely smaller. I use to run and lift weights, so I had a fairly decent body shape (IMHO - lol). I've only recently started lifting weights again so my body isn't as toned as it use to be, but I'm smaller at this weight then I previously was. The way I'm currently eating has most definitely changed my measurements - which has nothing to do with the inconsistency in clothing sizes. I'm thoroughly enjoying the way my body is remorphing itself - regardless of the scientific why behind it.
Good luck in discovering YOUR ideal weight and size. You'll know when you get there.
Agreed. It's more than just clothing sizes and styles... though I do benefit from the lower rise slacks hanging on the racks these days. It's body composition. My skeletal frame is significantly more pronounced, my face is less round, my ribs are closer to the surface. I feel like I have a different body type than I've ever had. I don't even know what would happen if I lost another 10-12 pounds and got down to a weight I last saw 30 years ago... maybe I'd be okay, but with a different body type, I might look awful! So I'm going to hang around here for a time and see how it goes with the running back in full swing.
The beauty is that I know how to make a quick adjustment should I want or need to...

It didn't COME in any size smaller than what I ordered, and it was on sale, big time. I am not going NEAR that dress till I am at my goal weight/size/whatever.
