I'm sitting with my leg up right now. I have pulled the muscle right below my knee on the outside. Sitting down working on boxes, it puts stress on it, and is irritating as all get out. The funniest thing is how I pulled it in the first place. The bed at the hotel was so high, that I pulled it trying to jump up on the bed. Considering how tall I am, that would be hilarious if it didn't hurt so much. Shaq would have had trouble getting into that bed. It was practically a tree house, and I'm too old to climb a rope ladder.

As for me: I stopped taking my prevacid on monday to see if the herbalife will help with the acid reflux. I am only doing one shake in the morning..and that is working great. I do not feel like i am starving. The aloe juice i do 2 20oz bottles a day with 3 cap fulls of the aloe juice. Honestly I have only had a little acid reflux..mainly if i have a soda. So I would say MAYBE it is working. Gonna give it a few more weeks and see. I know taking those PPI's long term is not good! BUT neither is having acid constantly in your throat.

Today I am going to get my niece and head to the library. She so loves going there.

I'm back from a weekend camping in Shenandoah National Park wi the goofy goldens.

Just a quick message for Risen *hugs*I'm so sorry for your loss. All my furkids are special. I miss my evil Ratkity (my avatar and nick) as well as all the others that have passed through my life so briefly. The only one that will outlive me is Buford, the parrot (as long as the dog and cat leave him alone!).

Tw326at41 – I sold Longaberger Baskets for 13 years. It was such a huge part of my life, that I became BasketCase. It never left. I had gastric bypass surgery March 30, 2010. Best thing I ever did!!! I love it!!

Cyn – so glad on the good news!!! I’m glad you have a nice doctor. So important!! And glad you are sharing the herbalife info with her. My doctor knows EVERYTHING I do!!!

Tomorrow, dear hubby goes back to work!!! WOOHOO!!! He's a teacher. I love him dearly and absolutely love having him home for the summer. But, I'm usually ready for him to go back to school. And the kids go back on Tuesday. Yay!!!!

I joined a gym. A dear friend has started physical therapy and, because of a nerve disorder, is unable to drive. So, I will be taking her every Mon, Wed, and Fri morning. Since I can't seem to keep commitments to myself, but can to other people, we decided this would help me and help her!! I went Friday without her and felt pretty good. Tomorrow I get my fitness assessment and they start helping me develop a method for my madness. I wish I could get someone to do that for the rest of my life!!!

Catherine – sorry your knee is hurting!! No fun! Be careful!

Anne – every pound helps! Congrats! But, so sorry to hear about your dog. I understand. My dog is part of the family. It is horrible when a pet dies.
