  • Yay, Blue Team. We rock! Or rather I should say "You rock" since I took a freebie because I was out of town. Way to go to our Biggest Loser, Catsgetnhealthy, and to our runners up babygrant, ricepapr, and Avezy44!

    I'm back from a long weekend in Kansas City. We had a great time and ate lots of great food. I was a bit worried that my choices weren't good enough, but I hit new lows yesterday and today, so I guess I did fine. Skipping snacks and lots of walking apparently did the trick. Hopefully, I'll stay at this weight or lower for the official weigh-in day.

  • Morning everyone! I just got in from my run.. W6D3.. woohooo ran a full 25min.. omgosh I cant believe i am doing this ,,, lol Don't get me wrong.. its a push.. and I have o stay in my head and tell myself that Yes I can! and I pray a lot and ask God for strength to carry me through each run.. and I make it through each time.. it is an amazing feeling! The feeling you have after the run far surpasses any pain or uncomfortableness you feel during

  • Triple digits plus lots of humidity equals......ugh! lol!! Needless to say, I have still been doing Zumba at the YMCA, but can no longer jog outside....neither morning or night.....it's hot at 5am and still at 11pm......can't wait for fall weather!!!!
  • I got to post a 2 pound loss -- not a lot for two weeks, I suppose, but with a vacation smack in the middle of it, I'm not going to complain. Also, it's my first number below the 190s, so yay for that!

    abreezies: fellow hot Missourian! We're supposed to get a break tomorrow or Monday! I'm so looking forward to it.
  • It as the boyf's birthday. I tried so hard and was so good compared to how I would have normally been, but I've put on a pound this week and haven't smashed my mini goal as I wanted

    BUT! That one pound would have been 5 pounds if I wasn't being good... so I guess there's some minor victory there. hmph.
  • Had almost a 2lb loss (1.6), which wasn't quite what I was hoping, but since I ate out last night and it's my TOM hopefully next week will show a loss too! Plus I'm on holidays now, which means more workout time.
  • I am posting a small gain. It's TOM and I ate gluten and now look like I'm about 9 months pregnant (seriously!!). But I've just confirmed my suspicions now that gluten is NOT my friend.
