    I want to walk/jog many miles more a week once it gets even a little cooler. I almost fainted when I tried last week when it was above 100.

    And eventually I'll renew my gym membership (it's expensive but worth it).
  • I want to join too! But instead of having a goal weight (as they only frustrate and depress me ) I'm going to have a different kind of goal.

    My goal is to complete Power 90 by Christmas!!!! (I haven't started it yet, but I will be at the end of the month. I hope I can pull through!!)
  • 30 lbs is what i have left to lose! i'm aiming for about 20-30 by Christmas! I've been on maintenance for the past two weeks (but still losing) and will start up with weight loss on Monday! Last monday's weight was 162.4!

    I'm going to up my exercise a bit and try to get more fresh vegetables in. Also, need to watch my sodium intake.

  • I will join in however I am also in the Halloween challenge group That being said my goal is the 31.3 lbs by halloween and my goal is 50 lbs by Christmas So between Halloween and Christmas will be 18.7 pounds (and thanksgiving in between lol) Good Luck ladies WE CAN DO THIS!!!!

    And My weigh in day is Friday so I will just report that weigh in on Monday's The more groups involved in the more motivation and accountability!!!

  • I'm in too. Just restarted on Tues. I am working out 6 days a week, recording all my food and staying around 1400 cals a day.

  • This seems like exactly what I need. I am in a huge rut!!

  • OK I'm in also. I just weighed myself this am, but starting next week I'll use Monday's as my weigh in day. I am also going to start exercising starting tomorrow. I'm going to aim for 20 - 30 minutes per day, 5 day's per week.
