  • Thanks for the support! Latchkey you are so right about PCOS...that disease is so evil...ugh.
I will just keep doing what I know I should and hope for a whoosh sometime soon! Man am I addicted to Pepsi Max! Its so good for Diet!
  • I've lost a half pound so far this week. I think things are really slowing down for me. But I was excited to see 212.5, the 12 is a new number at least.
  • Hi Everybody!

I just moved over here from the 220 and 230's thread. I weighed in at 217 this morning. but I am going to wait on changing the ticker until Monday morning (Biggest Loser challenge). I am excited to get to know you all and have a great evening!
  • Weighed in at 216.4 this morning so down 2 pounds for the week! I am sure it will go back up though because I had a mighty kids meal from mcdonalds. I am kind of mad at myself but kind of not. I skipped the drink, and just had the nuggets and fries. I plan to workout today too. I have to teach myself that once in awhile treats are okay, but to get right back on plan.
How are the rest of you doing???
  • Happy as a clam here! Welcome Steph!

Just got back from a 10 mile bike ride. About to do some ab work, and then Maura Barclay's no sweat yoga this evening. It's the best stretching one can do, I love it.

I'll be attempting a jog tomorrow morning.

I hope everybody has a great weekend!
  • I'm doing good. Great even! I weighed in at 215 this morning.
I've been doing my Turbo Jam dvds, the turbo sculpt one kicked my patootie! My legs muscles are still kind of achy. But it's 100% worth it. I've also been on plan as far as counting calories. It's amazing, if you had told me a few years I ago I could lose weight by eating as much as 1500 calories a day, I would have laughed at you. But here I am, eating 1500 and losing.

PinkHoodie~ Don't sweat the might kids meal. Just get back on plan and don't think about it. Congrats on the 2 lbs for the week!

redsox33~ Wow, 10 mile bike ride, that awesome! Hope your jog went well.
