  • Last month got pretty bad with vacation and everything. I quit even counting for about half of it. I was lucky to come out even. So, here's to a better month!

  • This challenge is encouraging me to exercise more regularly AND get 100 oz. of water in! ) Both of those are things I slack on.

    I'm loving this challenge so far. I like looking back and seeing what goals I met each day. Cheesy I guess, but seeing the points add up keeps me motivated
