Boy is weight loss a mind trip!
Mind trip for sure! I am well into my 3rd week with no weight change except the instant 2 lb gain after starting regular exercise again (3-5 days a week). I am so vigilant about my calorie counting so I know it's not about sloppy numbers on that side. There is no way it can be fat gain, so it must be water and/or muscle. I have faith it will start moving again soon....I hope
