Deb - I had to laugh at your question. My brother is on his second (and most likely last) wife and has 3 kids - 9, 5 and 2. The cake is mostly for the benefit of the kids because they love icing (not cake, they just lick the icing off and call it a day) He's tall and was balding so now he shaves his head to a buzz cut and it looks pretty good on him. Oh my god I probably had a 20 point lunch. Ends up the restaurant we went to with the VP was a high end spanish restaurant. All the foods were high point - I am not kidding - my co worker ordered a sandwich - it was baked in cheese - like lasagna!!

I had a steak and pasta with brocoli. I ate 3/4 of steak and pasta, all of veggie (it was smothered in cheese though) I didn't eat a bun to my credit, as everyone else ate a whole bun or two.

I blew the day as far as being OP goes. Oh well, I'll get back on tomorrow!

And KT made !! Yum, frosting is my fave, as long as it isn't that cheap store bought cake frosting. That always tastes so artificial. I am making Emma's b-day cake. Wish me luck, because I may be crafty, but I'm not a cake decorator. Last year I made a barn with animal cracker animals in it. It was cute and tasted yummy!!

OK, and I are going home. I think we are renting movies and staying in tonight. The weather is wet and cold here. YUCK!!

Deb: I have one in Toronto! (single, cute 26 year old brother who has a Masters' degree and wants to be a doctor heheheh).

Belle: My arms have improved, teh actually got bigger (the bicep will it's normal, BUT my pinch test went down. Still have some loose skin there and on my tummy, but hey my back/butt are fabulous so who cares right! I am going out for dinner tonight so I doubt I'll be anywhere close to OP, I am only at 7 points so far (it's an extreme day) and I did 30 mins cardio and 30 mins weight training.

KT: I noticed a lot of guys at my gym who shave their heads are balding. I wonder if my ex ever went through with doing that. I don't mind balding men, I find them sexy
