Lots of wisdom here! Love hearing how a everyone is dealing with these types of issues. Isn't it funny what a personal choice it is, and one size does not fit all when finding a program. I find those who have been negative have their own "issues"....control, jealousy, know-it-all etc..
I am new to IP and have already encountered it!I just keep it simple and say, it is so easy and I am really loving the lifestyle .I have 3 small children, 41/2 and under, so I need easy!It is way less labor intensive as far as cooking goes than other plans I've tried.doesn't leave them anywhere to go after that, except price of course! heehee aloha
