    Feel Good Point ~ Will start tomorrow. Although when I'm doing well on my three points it's a lot easier to be kind to myself. (More insentive to keep up the three points, right? - It all works together!)

    BARELY eked out that food point.

    Total extra credit points: 1, from day 1.
    After supper I was mentally dissatisfied, but I knew I'd had PLENTY - so I hopped into the shower to take my time and actually use some of the X bottles of shower gel and smelly lotion I have. It worked! I was content and at peace and it felt good.
