  • FRIDAY -- Yippee!!!!!!!!!!

    No exercise. I'm gonna try and run 3 miles at some point on the weekend. My body was really tired from all the hard work I did at the gym this week.

    BREAKFAST:
    egg sandwich -7
    oj -2

    LUNCH:
    Burger King -20
    Diet Pepsi -0

    It looks like I'm gonna have to do more then 3 miles to make up for this day.
