jkinboston89, my goal has been to get to 145ish but I just seem stuck where I am. How was it losing those last few pounds for you?

Thank you again everyone, if I had thought two years ago I would be at this weight I would have never believed it. I was so depressed for so many years and my outlook on life has changed a lot. I want to get out and visit with people, do things that I was just to embarassed to do before losing this weight. My kids notice that I am a happier person so that makes it all worthwhile.
